• Participate in Paid Events: Register for and attend both free and ticketed events (payment processing via Stripe)

Important: Homii is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We are not responsible for the actual events, activities, or interactions between users. Event hosts and attendees are responsible for their own actions and agreements.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

For users under 18: If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), we encourage parental or guardian involvement in your use of our Services.

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

As an event host, you:

• Are liable for any incidents that occur during events you host
• Agree to handle attendee concerns and cancellations professionally

5.2 Event Attendance

As an event attendee, you:

• Participate in events at your own risk
• Should verify event details before attending
• Are responsible for any fees or costs associated with attendance
• Agree to respect event rules and host instructions

5.3 Platform Liability

Homii is a platform that connects users. We do not organize, sponsor, or oversee events. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of events
• Disputes between hosts and attendees
• Injuries, damages, or losses occurring at events
• Event cancellations or changes

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Paid Events

Some events may require payment for registration or tickets. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds for paid events are determined by the event host's refund policy. Homii does not guarantee refunds but may assist in dispute resolution. Check the event's refund policy before purchasing tickets.

6.3 Platform Fees

Homii may charge service fees for certain transactions. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a payment.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Homii's Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, trademarks, software, graphics, and text (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Homii and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7.2 User-Generated Content

When you post content (photos, event descriptions, comments), you retain ownership but grant Homii a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.

You are solely responsible for content you post. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
